I currently lead Accenture’s Talent & Organization (T&O) team in Belgium & Luxembourg, where together with other Accenture professionals, we help organizations to create, lead and manage the Workforce of the Future. We design and implement tailor-made strategies that integrate Talent, HR, Organizational and Cultural Change capabilities to dramatically improve the performance of their enterprise in the digital era.
