I joined Accenture in 2000 fresh from my KULeuven Applied Economics Master (specialization in International Business Affairs). I spent my first 10 years in Consulting, gaining experience at clients across Europe predominantly in Retail, Public Service and Banking industries in roles ranging from functional analysis to post go-live support.
In 2011, I moved to Accenture Operations Capacity Solutions, where my first objective was growing our PMO (Project Management Office) capability in Belgium & Luxembourg. This enabled me to further develop my skills in change management, project, service & people management.

In my current role as Solution Architect for our Operations Capacity Solutions practice in Europe, Africa & Latin America, I bring all these skills to help our sales teams translate client requirements into value-adding solutions.

I am a passionate believer in an inclusive workplace and the value a diverse workforce creates for Accenture and our clients. Since 2012, I also lead the Accenture BeLux Inclusion & Diversity program and together with a team of volunteers, we drive initiatives that reinforce our inclusive work environment in which the unique strengths of each individual are recognized. Collaborating with our clients and other external organizations in this domain to share best practices and launch new initiatives has now become a key focus.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters and my husband, if possible, in combination with discovering new places around the world.
