I am part of New Banking team within Financial Services and I am passionate about the transformation and digitalization of the bank. I gained experience through large transformation projects, leading change and helping my clients to transform their business in agile way. I truly believe that facilitating the change and empowering people should be at the heart of every initiative.
My key focus is a customer - his needs and expectations – that is why I am leading Accenture’s Banking Customer Survey for Luxembourg. It is a first survey at such a scale in Luxembourg, giving us insights about customer satisfaction, loyalty, data security, new products and services, as well as channel preferences.
